A military ration should last a person all day. It contains three basic meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. These three meals can be heated with ease, without fire - using flameless (chemical) heating. In the package you will find basic necessities such as a flameless heater, toilet paper, wet wipes or spare toothbrushes. The total weight of the package is 1850 g and together the package delivers an energy value of up to 3317 kcal.
