Menu I offers you two portions of full-size sterilized food for two people with durability up to 6 years. This package includes two main meals (beef stew with potatoes and garden-style chicken with beans), a complete self-heating system with activation water and a spoon.

Beef stew with potatoes is a time-tested classic that hopefully never gets old. The dish contains 36% potatoes, 30% prime beef, onion, rice flour, corn flour, canola oil, tomato paste, garlic, salt and paprika. In total, inside you will find 3% fat, 1.2% saturated fat, 6.8% protein, 8.4% carbohydrates, 0.8% sugars and 1.3% salt.

Garden-style chicken with beans consists of juicy steamed chicken thigh meat and two kinds of beans. The dish contains 30% chicken thigh meat, vegetables, 20% beans, onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, salt, paprika, pepper and chilli. In total, inside you will find 1.5% fat, 1% saturated fat, 8.3% protein, 11.7% carbohydrates, 1.2% sugars and 1.2% salt.

The pack measures 27.5cm x 16 x 21cm and weighs 810g. Inside you will find 600 g of food. Total of 3060 kJ.
