Dogtrace d-fence 2002 is an improved version of the invisible fence. It represents a unique way to limit the dog's movement on the property. It will only move freely in areas where it is not in danger or where it cannot cause any damage. It consists of a transmitting generator with a backup battery, a receiver and a antenna. This is a simple insulated wire. The antenna wire must be purchased separately for this product.

The Generator sends a signal to the antenna wire, which you use to delineate the selected area with a alert and correction zone. Thanks to the battery, the generator can operate even in the event of a power failure, for up to 16 hours. A receiver attached to the dog's collar senses the signal propagating from the installed antenna wire. If the dog crosses the alert zone, the collar will emit an intermittent sound signal. If the dog does not respond to the audible warning and also crosses the correction zone, the collar shall simultaneously emit an audible signal and a correction pulse. You can easily adjust the intensity of the correction pulse as well as the width of the correction and warning zones.

The number of dogs with the receiver attached to the collar is not limited. The collar is compact and waterproof and due to its light weight and ergonomic design it is suitable for all breeds of dogs. The kit is suitable for installation up to a wire length of 2200 m. For different lengths it is necessary to select the appropriate cross-section of the antenna wire.

The device can be used for any type of terrain and its installation is very simple. For the invisible fence system to work, you must connect the wire to the transmitter and create an unbroken loop of wire (avoid damaging it). From the transmitter, unwind the wire around the property. You can lay the wire on the ground, bury it underground (up to 10 cm deep) or attach it to an existing fence or wall (up to 30 cm above the ground).

The package also includes antenna wire with a length of 100 m and a cross section of 0.75 mm2. If you need a longer wire you can buy another pack and connect it with notch connectors. The wire is always sold in packs of 100 m. If you want the dog to be able to walk freely through a certain spot on the property where you need to run the wire, wind the outgoing wire around the incoming wire. Twisting the wires around will cancel the signal and the dog will not pass that way.
