The Grayl UltraPress filter bottle is a compact and easy to maintain tool for removing bacteria and foreign parasites from water. It will definitely come in handy on longer trips in inaccessible places where we don't have the option of relying on proven drinking water sources. Thanks to it, we can quench our thirst with water from a river, stream or lake.

The small size allows the bottle to be carried in the compartment of a conventional bottle. An indisputable advantage is that the cleaning process itself does not require the use of special disinfectants or special preparation and does not take more than 10 seconds.

Before starting the cleaning process, it is necessary to remove the inner reservoir. Then fill the outer tube with water up to the marked mark, prepare the empty inner reservoir in the other hand and push it inside the tube. The water from the outer tube, when squeezed, penetrates through the filter located in the bottom of the reservoir directly into its interior.

The cartridge filter uses a sophisticated combination of activated carbon powder absorbing chemicals and organics and electrostatic absorption capable of trapping micro particles the size of viruses. The manufacturer states that the cartridge has a lifetime of 300 cycles, or around 150 litres.

The entire construction is made of high quality polymer and is covered with wrinkled rubber at the grip points. Thanks to its high resistance, the bottle can cope with a fall from 3 meters onto concrete. The total capacity of the container is 450 ml.
