Chicken Tikka Masala with basmati rice Adventure Menu Lightweight

Tikka Masala Chicken with Basmati Rice is a traditional Indian specialty with a slightly spicy cream sauce. It is a very tasty and filling dish that will warm you up and replenish the nutrients you need on the go. There's nothing like having a wholesome main meal on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day backcountry trip, especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has done the almost impossible and added another piece to the Czech MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat).

The dish contains 30% chicken breast, 20% chopped tomatoes, 16% basmati rice, 16% cream, 10% yoghurt, onion, garlic, butter, olive oil, salt, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, chilli, ground coriander, cane sugar and fresh coriander. In total, inside you will find 13% fat, 7.5% saturated fat, 13% protein, 6.4% carbohydrates, 2.8% sugars and 1.1% salt. Total, it gives you 760 kcal (3,176 kJ).

The package measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 135 g. Inside you will find 120 g of food. After topping the food, you then get one full serving. The total weight of the meal will then be 400 g. This pack has a durability of up to 5 years.
