Chicken Korma with basmati rice Adventure Menu Lightweight

Korma Chicken contains 30% chicken breast, water, 12% basmati rice, cream (milk), onion, coconut milk, corn and rice flour, grated coconut, canola oil, sugar, garam masala, Roman cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, turmeric, garlic, lemon, ginger and dried ginger. In total, you will find 6.3% fat, 4.5% saturated fat, 7.3% protein, 15.2% carbohydrates, 2% sugar and 1.1% salt. All in all, it gives you 556 kcal (2,340 kJ).

The package measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 125 g. Inside you will find 110 g of food. After pouring water over it, you get one full serving. The total weight of the meal will then be 400 g.
