Compared to classic break barrel spring air rifles, the SPA Artemis GR1600W has an advantage. Instead of a spring it uses an air-pressurised piston. Thanks to this, the gun delivers a more stable performance, is quieter, has less recoil and can compete with a wide range of air rifles.
It has an ergonomically shaped wooden stock with a Monte Carlo cheekpiece, finished with a rubber butt pad. This absorbs recoil very well. Thanks to the chequered stock, the rifle has a secure grip, giving the shooter much more confidence in their aim. Confidence is further enhanced by the 425 mm long rifled barrel.
At the end of the barrel there is a sound moderator. In combination with the piston used, the air rifle will be very quiet. On the barrel there are target sights with elevation and windage adjustable rear sight. If the sights are not enough for you, you can mount a scope using the 11 mm dovetail or the optional 22 mm Weaver rail.
Automatic safety takes care of safety. Comfortable shooting is ensured by the adjustable trigger.
