This powerful PCP air rifle named Optima Hatsan Factor Sniper is a champion in its category in terms of price / performance ratio. Thanks to the easily adjustable power, it can be adapted to any purpose and the overall design allows perfect adjustment to every shooter.
The air rifle operates in a classic repeating mode, with a side cocking lever with a sufficiently long handle for reloading, which can be placed on either side. The rifle is secured manually by a safety located just above the trigger. The fully adjustable two-stage Quattro trigger is equipped with vertical and horizontal adjustment of the blade position. When shooting, you can use either a spring-preloaded magazine or a single-shot adapter.
The Factor Sniper series of air rifles offers the possibility of external adjustment of the pressure regulator together with adjustment of the hammer spring preload, so you can tune the air rifle for any shooting discipline, ammunition, or distance.
The internal mechanism is powered by compressed air stored in a carbon bottle with a working pressure of 300 Bar. The filling port is in the form of a male 1/8 BSP pin, to which a female quick coupler is already included in the package. The current pressure in the bottle and at the regulator is shown by two separate manometers.
The shrouded Quiet Energy barrel reduces the shot noise by up to 50%. Thanks to the presence of a 1/2 UNF thread, the suppression efficiency can be further increased by adding an external moderator.
The aluminium body features several mounting systems on its surface, including four Weaver / Picatinny 22mm rails on the top, bottom, and sides, several KeyMod and M-LOK slots, and a QD sling swivel attachment point.
A chapter of its own is the modular Mil Spec stock with height-adjustable cheekpiece and length-adjustable rubber buttpad. The setup is complemented by an extendable support (monopod) that also functions as a bag rider. For stable handling of the air rifle, a quality grip is also necessary; in this case you can choose from two AR-15 type grips, namely the default wooden one or the separate polymer one included in the package.
Optima air rifles are manufactured by the Turkish producer Hatsan, just under a different name. All spare and tuning parts are identical for both brands. They differ only in the markings on the air rifle and the print on the box.
