PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The company AirMaks Arms once again introduces an upgraded version of one of the most popular Czech PCP air rifles, this time called Katran Pro. This version has been adapted for sport shooting – the manufacturer has completely redesigned the folding stock, the lower mounting platform, and the grip has also been modified.

The aluminium stock is now in PRS style (Precision Rifle Series discipline), fitted with a height‑adjustable cheekpiece and a height‑ and length‑adjustable buttpad. It also includes two “QD Sling” sockets for attaching a sling. As with the original model, a simple button is used to fold the stock, and in the folded position it is held in place by a magnet.

The under‑barrel mounting platform has also been modified. Thanks to its square profile, it now incorporates an Arca-Swiss rail, and M-LOK slots are located on the sides and on the bottom.

Comfortable prone shooting is ensured by an ergonomically shaped rubberised AR-15 grip with a reduced angle from FAB Defense.

Consistent muzzle velocity is now supported by the proven HUMA-AIR pressure regulator, which eliminates the power drop caused by decreasing pressure in the air cylinder. For filling, the package includes a standard fill probe (G1/8 thread) with a hose (G5/8 thread).

The highly accurate rifled barrel is shrouded along its entire length and its muzzle is fitted with a 1/2UNFx20 thread for mounting a sound moderator.

The cocking system is also worth mentioning, offering an incredibly smooth and light operation. The side lever is located just above the trigger, allowing you to cycle it lightning fast with one finger, and it can easily be swapped to the other side.

The safety is located above the fully adjustable trigger, and a metal 22 mm Picatinny rail with 20 MOA incline is used for mounting a scope, making it easier to set up the optic for long‑range shooting.
