It has a tactical polymer stock with cheek piece that is finished with a rubber boot. The forearm features a Picatinny rail mounting system. This allows you to mount a variety of tactical items such as a laser or flashlight to the rifle.
The Umarex 850 M2 is a weapon of slightly higher weight. After all, it will take some stamina to hold an air rifle weighing over three kilos. This rifle is especially suited for shooting at longer ranges. That's why you'll also appreciate the bottom mounting rail. You'll be able to mount a double-barrelled rifle. The Hammerli 850 is designed for this. It has a 600 mm long grooved barrel finished with a 1/2 UNF thread for a noise reducer.
At shorter ranges, use Tru-Glo sights made of light guide material. For shooting at more distant targets you will use the 11mm mounting rail, on which you can mount any rifle sight.
When you slide off the forearm, you get to the heart of the rifle - its drive. This is provided by an 88g CO2 cartridge, which fires approximately 200 rounds. You can use the adapter for two 12g CO2 cartridges. This adapter is not included and you have to buy it separately. Two 12g CO2 cartridges should give you about 75 shots.
The Umarex 850 M2 uses a metal tube magazine for 8 pellets with a diameter of 5.5mm. Reloading with the loading lever is very simple and smooth. The automatic safety, which is easily accessible with the thumb, must be released before each shot. You will feel like a real sniper. How about trying it out?
