It is made to be worn over outer clothing and is secured with a sturdy belt with a solid polymer buckle. It also features four D-rings on top for attaching shoulder straps or other carry systems.
The inner layer features comfortable, breathable foam padding. The outer layer is made of water-repellent Cordura(R) material and features 3 rows of MOLLE system for attaching pockets, bags, holsters, and other accessories. There are also 2 lower D-rings on the sides.
