It is intended to be worn over outer clothing and is fastened with a robust belt featuring a solid polymer buckle. In addition, it has 4 upper D-ring loops for attaching shoulder straps or another carrying system if needed.
The inner layer is equipped with comfortable foam padding which also reliably wicks away heat and moisture. The outer layer made of water-repellent Cordura(R) material features 3 rows of the MOLLE carrying system for attaching pouches, bags, holsters, and other accessories. On the sides there are 2 additional lower D-ring loops.
