One of the best-selling PCP air rifles on the current market, the Snowpeak T-Rex, has just arrived in a compact Bullpup version. Although this model is 206 mm shorter and 850 grams lighter, with a few compromises it offers the same smart features and characteristics as the original version.

Instead of the plastic sound moderator fitted to the original T-Rex, this version has a longer and more effective metal moderator. On the other hand, the air cylinder has been slightly reduced to 150cc, which, with a slightly lower muzzle energy, still provides plenty of shots per fill. The current pressure is indicated by a manometer at the front of the cylinder. Filling is done via a standard quick-coupler fill adapter.
The T-Rex Bullpup includes an integrated regulator, which ensures a constant (consistent) muzzle velocity from full fill down to the regulator’s set pressure limit. The result is an identical pellet trajectory throughout the entire shooting session. The pre-tensioned magazine is very easy to load and on this model it is inserted from the right side in the cheekpiece area. Alternatively, you can use the supplied single-shot adapter.
The stock is made of durable polymer and there is a short Picatinny rail in the forend for mounting a bipod or other accessories. In front of the adjustable trigger there is a simple manual safety. Other changes include a polymer 22mm Picatinny rail for a scope instead of a metal one, the absence of a height-adjustable cheekpiece, and a side lever action instead of a bolt-action system, which can be switched from the right side to the left if required.
WARNING! On this calibre, the regulator is factory-set to 150 bar. Shooting below this pressure level may cause damage to the regulator and subsequently also leaks in the rifle. When 150 bar is reached, we therefore always recommend refilling the cylinder.
