RTI Prophet II is already the second generation of a successful compact air rifle with a sharp tactical design and amazing accuracy. At first glance, not much seems to have changed on the rifle, but don’t be fooled, because compared to its predecessor, the Mark II offers a whole range of improvements. The most significant include a larger Power Plenum with a capacity of 70 cm³, a redesigned valve, a smoother operation of the cocking lever and a brand new RTI barrel, which has been specially designed for use with both classic pellets and slugs.
This model comes in the Performance configuration. It includes a whole range of upgrades for shooters who want to achieve the very best and most optimal results. Specifically, it features an externally adjustable pressure regulator, an extended stock and a carbon bottle with a volume of 500 cm³ and a working pressure of 300 Bar.
Prophet gives a chance to shooters who like to experiment. The barrel can be easily replaced with another one while keeping the same rifle frame. Simply choose a barrel in your preferred calibre (.177, .22, .25 and .30) and swap it with the appropriate tool. Of course, there is a 1/2 UNF thread at the muzzle for a sound moderator.
Cocking is smooth and reliable. After firing the last pellet, the bolt handle remains in the rear position and it is no longer possible to dry fire. The manufacturer has devoted great care to tuning the trigger mechanism. You can adjust the trigger travel and pull weight using two screws located in the stock. The main safety feature of the rifle is a manual safety.
For mounting a riflescope there is a standard 22mm Weaver rail. It is also located on the underside of the frame to make bipod attachment easier. The Prophet fits the hand well thanks to an ergonomic AR-15 standard pistol grip.
