The Slovenian company RTI has responded to shooters’ calls for change and created a truly exceptional rifle. The result is a serious “chunk of metal” that completely breaks away from established standards.
This model comes in the Performance configuration. It includes a whole range of features for shooters who want to achieve the very best and most optimal results. Specifically, it comes with an extended Power Plenum, an externally adjustable pressure regulator and a carbon air cylinder with a volume of 500 cm³ and a working pressure of 300 Bar.
RTI Priest II is a compact air rifle with a sharp tactical look and amazing accuracy. Although “priest” suggests a man of the cloth, don’t be misled by the name – this rifle is hellishly powerful. You can easily pack it in a backpack and head out hunting. Just like in target shooting, it will do its job perfectly. The high‑quality, cold‑hammer‑forged barrel from Česká zbrojovka will always send the pellet exactly where you need it.
Priest gives a chance to shooters who like to experiment. The barrel can be easily swapped for another one while keeping the same rifle frame. Simply choose a barrel in your preferred calibre (.177, .22, .25 and .30) and replace it using the appropriate tool. The 1/2 UNF thread for a sound moderator is of course present at the muzzle.
Cocking is smooth and reliable. After firing the last pellet, the side lever stays to the rear and it is no longer possible to dry fire. The manufacturer has put a lot of effort into fine‑tuning the trigger mechanism. You can adjust the trigger travel and pull weight using two screws located in the stock. The main safety feature of the rifle is the manual safety, which you will find directly behind the trigger.
A standard 22mm Weaver rail is used to mount a riflescope. It is also located on the underside of the frame and makes attaching a bipod easier. The Priest II sits well in the hand thanks to an ergonomic AR‑15 standard pistol grip.
