First you must unscrew the quick-fill. Then screw the mounting rod onto the regulator and push it to the bottom into the centre of the valve. Once the regulator is at the bottom of the valve, unscrew the mounting rod and screw the quick-fill back on.
The pressure can be adjusted with a standard screwdriver from 100 to 150 bar. The total range corresponds to roughly half a turn. Unscrewing or screwing in more than one full turn can cause the regulation to stop working. To increase the pressure, turn the screw counterclockwise, and to decrease it, turn it clockwise.
