Unscrew the cylinder from the air rifle and insert the regulator into the front of the cylinder. Then screw the cylinder back onto the air rifle.
The pressure can be adjusted with a standard screwdriver from 100 to 150 bar. The total adjustment range corresponds to roughly half a turn. Screwing in or out by more than one full turn may cause the regulation to stop working. To increase the pressure, turn the screw counterclockwise, and to decrease it, turn it clockwise.
