The development of the SPRINGBOK PCP air rifle took quite some time. Engineers from Prague-based company Kalibrgun wanted to be absolutely sure that their product is free of any malfunctions or other problems. Creating a reliable semi-automatic PCP airgun is no easy task. Thankfully they succeeded.
The gun is built upon the tried and tested and highly popular bullpup platform, which allows it to have a 600mm unchoked barrel and still maintain its relatively compact size. The barrel is fully shrouded and its muzzle is outfitted with a 1/2 UNF thread for an external sound moderator.
The well-made wooden stock provides a nice contrast to the matte black finish of the rest of the rifle and gives it a very distinctive look. The overall impression and comfort is further enhanced by the wooden cheek rest along with rubber buttpad and ergonomically shaped pistol grip.
The most dominant feature of this model is of course its ability to shoot in Semi-Auto mode. All you need to do is to insert a magazine, cock the side lever and you are ready to shoot. You should stock up on pellets because the rate of fire is only limited by your ability to pull the trigger.
SPRINGBOK is also highly modular. It features an externally adjustable pressure regulator, two-stage adjustable trigger and an ambidextrous side lever that can be attached to the other side of the rifle. The gun is also outfitted with four Picatinny rails in total. The top one is designed for mounting a scope, while the other three (two at the sides and one on the bottom) will allow you to attach all sorts of tactical accessories.
The carbon air tank has a capacity of 580cc and is rated up to 300 bar.
