The CF-X has underlever mechanism. Thanks to this system rifle has a higher weight and therefore is especially suitable for adult shooters. The plastic stock is well processed with a rubber butt at its end.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Machine translated

The air rifle use under-lever mechanism. The whole design is really good and it is well balanced.

11mm dovetails to attach riflescope. For classic shooting there are fixed sights. To insert pellets to barrel it is necessary to manually open the chamber and insert the pellet completely into the barrel. Then close the chamber again.
The CF-X fixed barrel ensures accurate shooting at longer distances.

Practical experience: One of the best selling spring airguns with under-level mechanism. The lever and the lift itself are very smooth. The rifle fits well in the hands.

Great breaker, I appreciate its accuracy, see photo, 20 meters, from standing without support, with optics.

  • sturdy big rifle
  • the stroke during firing is not so pronounced due to the heavier fore-end and the gun is very accurate
  • fixed barrel
  • rail on the bottom of the barrel for e.g. flashlight
  • when inserting the pellet and closing the "breech", the pellet skirt can be distorted and the shot is inaccurate

I am very satisfied with this air rifle. It's light, my girlfriend can shoot it without any problems. A little bit of a safety issue for me is that the safety doesn't lock by itself. The sights are nicely visible even in the evening. I haven't hunted varmints but the pellets with the tip at 10m pierce the 1.5cm plate. I can only recommend it.

  • Quality workmanship
  • The fuse does not lock itself

In my opinion this very beautiful air rifle is not suitable for complete beginners. In addition, even with the well thought out silencer, the shoe kicks quite a bit. It's not the piston gun's fault. That's about the only criticism I'd have of the Gamma. It should have been solved by the piston and not in the spring… An experienced airgunner will appreciate it. But if you're starting out, you'd better look elsewhere…

  • Well-engineered design and lower linkage mechanism
  • It's Gamo, no China-fashion :-P
  • Even without a rifle scope very accurate up to 20m
  • Quality made fixed sights (hand adjustment only, no Allen screws)
  • Charging through the upper chamber of the end of the barrel, which may not suit everyone...
  • 16J at a lower bending moment arm will give you a hard time as with 24J classic breakers :-(
  • unsuitable for beginners (as I mentioned above, 16J vs. 24J for classic breakers)
