Evanix Rex-FA is an extremely long single-shot PCP air rifle designed for shooting at longer distances. The 730 mm barrel is shrouded and it is no longer possible to screw an external sound moderator onto its muzzle.
Thanks to the comfortable pistol grip, handling the rifle is really easy. The loading mechanism is similar to the old lever-action rifles (the so-called Winchesters). To reload, you need to swing down the trigger guard and pull it to its maximum position. Then simply return it to its original position.
The trigger is made of metal and, with an adjustable pull, ensures better accuracy. Naturally, there is also a manual safety. The markings are simple: F (Fire) – off safe, and S (Safe) – on safe.
The Evanix Rex air rifle is intended for shooting at longer distances, so you should consider buying a scope that will mount on a 22 mm Weaver rail (length 185 mm). The rifle belongs to the category of single-shot guns, the pellet is inserted directly into the designated groove. You can use the full range of pellets, both pointed and flat-head.
The stock is formed by a massive carbon cartridge with a capacity of 480 ccm. The cartridge is filled using a Quick-Fill adapter. It can be used with a compressed air cylinder or a hand pump. Another advantage is the pressure gauge, which informs you about the current pressure level in the cartridge (in BAR) and the screw for venting the cartridge.
