Air Rifle EPIC TWO Walnut CFB 550mm 6.35mm

These premium Czech-made air rifles called EPIC TWO are already known worldwide for combining high power, perfect accuracy and full modularity. However, some users may not like the original aluminium stock, which is why the designers at EPIC AIRGUNS are introducing an elegant variant with a walnut wood stock.

And this is not just any stock – it is manufactured by the renowned Czech company KLINSKY, which has refined it down to the smallest detail. The selected wood has a unique grain structure, making each air rifle a kind of one-off piece. For mounting a bipod or tripod, you can use the standard bottom rail UIT Anschütz. The segments on the fore-end and the grip are textured, and the hidden trump card is the height-adjustable symmetrical cheekpiece and the height, length and lateral-adjustable rubber buttpad. A single H4 hex key is all you need for adjustment. Compared to the original version with aluminium stock and the extended Arca-Swiss mounting platform, the Walnut version offers a pleasantly low weight, which will be especially appreciated by hunters on long trips.

All other components remain unchanged. The unchoked CZUB barrel with 12 grooves and a 17.7” twist is fitted with a carbon shroud that also serves to pre-tension it (harmonic tuning). At the muzzle you will find an adapter with a 1/2UNF thread for installing any sound moderator. Removing the adapter reveals an M27x1 thread, onto which you can mount the original moderator or muzzle brake from Epic Airguns.

Thanks to the barrel kit you can freely change the barrel length and the overall calibre of the air rifle. The kit includes everything you need (barrel, carbon shroud with M27x1 thread, 1/2UNF moderator adapter, 1/2UNF thread protector, transfer port and loading probe).

To achieve the very best results with heavy pellets and slugs there is also a barrel kit available with an unchoked polygonal Lothar Walther barrel (6 grooves with 17.7” twist).

EPIC TWO air rifles are equipped with an externally adjustable balanced valve, which ensures maximum power at minimum hammer spring preload, making it easier to cock the side lever. At the same time it reduces air waste and thus increases the shot count per fill. Hammer preload can be adjusted via the screw located behind the side lever.

The air cylinder with a maximum working pressure of up to 300 bar (4350 PSI) can be filled using the supplied fill probe with a standard 1/8" diameter compatible with standard quick couplers. The air rifle features two manometers – one indicates the current pressure in the cylinder, the other shows the pressure in the externally adjustable regulator.

For mounting a riflescope, there is a standard 22mm Picatinny rail with 30 MOA incline, making it easier to zero optics for shooting at extreme distances. Naturally, there is also a fully adjustable trigger and a conveniently positioned manual safety on the right-hand side.

EPIC TWO Walnut air rifles are available in the following variants:

• Classic – standard aluminium air cylinder (92cc with 300mm barrel, 240cc with 550 and 700mm barrel)
• CFB – carbon bottle (300cc with 300mm barrel, 580cc with 550 and 700mm barrel)
