It is in fact one of the most affordable PCPs with a wooden stock on the market. Don’t be fooled by the black colour, it is really a solid beech stock with a Monte Carlo cheekpiece, suitable for both left-handed and right-handed shooters. The stock is finished with a rubber buttpad. The fore-end and pistol grip feature a simple but functional chequering pattern that ensures a firm hold.
The new Buccaneer SE has a completely redesigned air cylinder and a pressure gauge, which is located at the front under the barrel. The filling pressure is 230 BAR and the cylinder capacity is 153 cc. With a power of 16 J, you can shoot approximately 100 full-power shots per fill. The cold hammer-forged barrel is 470 mm long and its muzzle is equipped with a 1/2 UNF thread, allowing you to mount a sound moderator.
The cocking is smooth and consistent and is operated by a side lever with a ball handle. The rifle comes with a magazine with a capacity of 10 shots. The magazine well is cleverly designed and thus allows a 13 mm mounting rail to run along the full length of the action. The adjustable trigger is simple and offers a clear, predictable break.
