The Czech company AirMaks Arms is becoming more and more well‑known on the airgun market every day thanks to its constantly expanding range of premium, high‑performance air rifles with a distinctive design.
This time they introduce another addition to the family of compact bullpups called Krait W Tube 5.5mm. You can recognize this unique variant at first glance thanks to its beautiful laminated stock with elegant lines.
The cylindrical air cylinder can hold 200cc of air and its filling pressure is 300 bar. The manual safety is no longer designed as a rotary selector, but as a brass pin that needs to be pushed from the left or right side.
All other parts of the air rifle remain unchanged, such as the precise 400mm shrouded barrel with a twist rate of 1/17 and a standard 1/2x20 UNF thread at the muzzle for fitting a sound moderator.
The air rifle is equipped with two pressure gauges, showing the pressure in the air cylinder and in the externally adjustable pressure regulator. The icing on the cake is the Power Plenum with a capacity of 60cc.
Precise shooting is ensured by a fully adjustable two‑stage trigger, and you will also appreciate the option to swap the extremely smooth sidelever to the opposite side.
A total of 4 rails are available for mounting accessories, 3 of which are of the Picatinny type. The scope mounting rail has a 20 MOA incline, which allows easier optic adjustment for long‑range shooting. On the fore‑end you will find a UIT rail for attaching a bipod.
The height‑adjustable cheekpiece and the height‑ and length‑adjustable buttpad are already standard features on the Krait series air rifles and are not missing from this exclusive version either.
