The FX Panthera airgun is engineered in every way for competition shooting. Its main advantage is therefore extreme accuracy thanks to the FX Superior STX (Smooth Twist X) series barrel - rifling is pressed from the outside. The inner surface of the barrel is therefore very smooth without any imperfections and therefore reduces air resistance and friction of the projectile when fired.
The FX Panthera is produced in 500, 600 and 700mm barrel length versions in 4.5mm, 5.5mm, 6.35mm and 7.62mm calibers.
In addition, the air rifle is equipped with the new Dynamic Block - a breech designed for long-range slug shooting. The breech uses a powerful short-pulse valve to ensure accurate, high-volume airflow. Compared to other bolts, the Dynamic Block allows for the use of up to 13mm long projectiles –which the magazine is also designed for. The side loading lever can be swapped to the left side of the airgun.
The revolutionary Dynamic Plenum is the first of its kind - it is wrapped around the barrel, providing even more rigidity. The 500mm barrel version features a 62ccm plenum.
The forearm is equipped with an Arca rail, complete with M-LOK sections on the sides and the bottom, on which you can mount various attachments, such as balance weights, a bipod, or a laser sight. Of course there is also an adjustable buttstock and a height adjustable double-sided cheekpiece.
The stock also includes a 300cc carbon fibre cartridge that can be filled to a maximum pressure of 250 bar using a Foster quick coupler.
Note: The values of the muzzle energy in the airgun specifications are achieved in ideal conditions and using a Tungsten hammer. Values of the basic version of the airgun may therefore vary.
