Rifle comes in three versions of stock, namely: beech, walnut and beech black. Galahad has a total length of 80 cm and is supplied in 4.5 mm caliber. Galahad is fitted with Lothar Walther barrel with a length of 395 mm. The end of the barrel is fitted with a thread which is suitable for attaching an external silencer which is identical to the model S510.
If your rifle has SR mark on its side, it means that rifle is equipped with pressure regulator. Advantage of pressure regulator is the higher amount of shots and the muzzle velocity is constant.Air cylinder is filled to 200bar. After filling the air cylinder to 200BAR you have 110 constant shots aproximately. Quickfill adapter is joining the air cylinder under the cap of gauge. Gauge is in BAR units.
Galahad is multi-shot air file which use the same type of magazines as models AA S510 / S410. 10-shots magazines are are fitted in a massive plastic cheekpiece. If you are fans of shooting with bipods, you will apreciate the UIT rail from the bottom side. Grip is engraved which secure perfect handling. Rubber but in the end of stock is adjustable.
Shooter surely appreciate the integrated water-level, which is in the front part of dovetail. Dovetail has 11mm.
The best part of Galahad is its reloading system. Reloading is situated in the front part of rifle. Producer used the realoding lever, which just has to be pushed down, to tense a hammer spring and insert pellet into the barrel. The system is very reliable and simple. Similar reloading system can be found in Walther and Feinwerkbau rifles.
Practical experience: Perfect grip of this shorter mode. Manipulation and transport is really easy due to these dimensions. We must commend the engineer who designed the reloading system. Same magazines system as model S510 / S410.
