The German manufacturer Weihrauch started production already in 1899 and ranks among the absolute top in its field. Their air rifles are used for sporting disciplines such as Field Target and others. With these spring-powered air rifles you can achieve the same results at a distance of 50 metres as with much more expensive PCP models.
Weihrauch HW 77 is an innovation of the HW 97 model. The air rifle has received a longer barrel and fixed sights. This special edition is characterised by a beautiful laminate stock. The fixed barrel with underlever cocking guarantees long-lasting accuracy. After breaking the underlever, the chamber opens so you can load a pellet into the barrel. The safety is automatic, so it must be disengaged before every shot. It is located at the rear of the action.
The stock is universal, therefore suited for both right-handed and left-handed shooters. The wooden stock has decorative chequering on the grip and fore-end. At the end of the stock there is a rubber butt pad that absorbs recoil. With this springer you will really feel it.
The rifle has fibre-optic fixed sights. You can also use a riflescope for more precise target shooting, which can easily be mounted on the 11 mm dovetail.
The main advantage is the Rekord match trigger, which can be adjusted exceptionally well.
