This heavy-duty machete Walther MSM (Modified Survival Machete) is inspired by the design used by special forces in the fifties and sixties.
Every machete relies on its blade. In this case, it is 300mm long, made of 1065 carbon steel, divided into multiple segments to suit various purposes, and features a double row wood saw on the spine. And naturally, it's a full-tang blade, which means that the blade and the inner part of the handle are made from a single piece of metal. This ensures maximum durability to withstand rough usage.
The handle is composed of ergonomically shaped scales made of lightweight, durable and anti-slip material G-10 (garolite - a laminate manufactured by pressing glass fibers immersed in epoxy resin under high temperatures). The end of the handle features a lanyard hole and a glass-breaking tip.
