The clip-point blade is made of 440C stainless steel (highest quality in its class due to high carbon content, stays sharp for a long time) and is secured in the open position by a liner-lock. It can be opened using a classic "nail nick" notch on the left side. The blade has a stonewash surface finish.
It can be carried attached in a pocket or on a belt thanks to the metal clip on the right side.
This variant is fitted with textured handle scales made of Micarta composite (laminate obtained by pressing linen, canvas or other fabrics immersed in thermoset resin), which is highly resistant to mechanical damage and does not deform when exposed to moisture or temperature changes. Also, it has great anti-slip properties.
