New videos and reviews every day 6000+ reviews from our customers Modular Sound Device 68 (MSD 68) from the brand Umarex (T4E division) is a modular accessory for Umarex T4E training and paintball guns in .68 caliber which, depending on the chosen configuration, either reduces or increases the noise when firing.
The main advantage is the modular aluminum body, which consists of several screw-together parts filled with foam rings.
To use the MSD device as a silencer, simply leave it as is after unpacking—the main tube plus two smaller tubes with foam inserts. Alternatively, the silencer can be shortened by removing either the shorter tubes or the main tube.
To use the device as an amplifier, the manufacturer recommends installing only the shorter tubes without the foam inserts.
The MSD 68 device is intended primarily for paintball and training guns Umarex T4E in .68 caliber with an M22x1.5 thread. These are mainly the TC 68, TB 68 Gen2, TX 68 models and the CCK TR 68 conversion kit.
