One of the best-selling PCP air rifles on the current market, the Snowpeak T-Rex, has just arrived in a compact Bullpup design. Although this model is 206 mm shorter and 850 grams lighter, with a few compromises it offers the same features and characteristics as the original long rifle version.

Instead of the plastic sound moderator that equipped the original T-Rex, this version features a longer and more effective moderator made of metal. On the other hand, the air cartridge has been slightly downsized to 150cc. However, with a little lower muzzle energy, it still provides enough shots per fill. You can check the current pressure on the pressure gauge at the front of the cartridge. Filling is done using a classic quick-disconnect filling adapter.
The T-Rex Bullpup has an integrated pressure regulator that ensures a consistent muzzle velocity from full cartridge up to reaching the pressure limit on the regulator. This results in consistent bullet trajectory throughout the entire duration of shooting. The spring-loaded magazine is very easy to fill and is inserted into the cheekpiece area from the right side. Alternatively, you can use the supplied single-shot adapter.
The stock is made of durable polymer and features a short Picatinny rail in the forearm for attaching a bipod or other accessories. There is also a simple manual safety located in front of the trigger with adjustable pull weight. Other changes include a polymer 22mm Picatinny riflescope rail instead of a metal one, the absence of a height-adjustable cheekpiece, and a side cocking lever instead of a bolt-action system, which can be switched from the right to the left side if necessary.
