The riflescope is equipped with an OLED display with a high resolution of 1024x768px and a refresh rate of 50Hz, a lens with a diameter of 50mm, digital 1-4x and optical 3.5x magnification, dioptre adjustment of ±5 and an infrared illuminator with a wavelength of 940nm, which allows you to use the scope at distances of up to 550m. It is also adapted for daytime use thanks to the standard colour day mode.
Perfect image quality is supported by the advanced 3D Digital Noise Reduction technology – it removes unwanted grainy effects, and naturally there is also shot-activated recording and a picture-in-picture function, which allows you to zoom in on the target while maintaining the surrounding field of view. The scope offers 10 different reticles in 8 colours and can be zeroed for up to 5 rifles.
Real-time recording with a maximum resolution of 1440x1080px can be streamed to the mobile Hikmicro Sight app, where you can browse all stored photos and videos, or you can save it to the built-in 64GB memory module.
Power for the ALPEX scope is provided by 2 built-in Li-ion 18650 and 1 replaceable CR123 battery, resulting in continuous operation for an impressive 12 hours.
The rugged housing with protection class rating of IP67 withstands recoil up to 1000G, is compatible with 30mm tube mounts and allows operation at temperatures from -30 to 55°C.
The advantages of the IR illuminator ThermVisia L-940 include power-on indication of the illuminator via an LED, the option to adjust the beam width, and smooth output adjustment via a rotary control with memory when switched off.
