The mount is for a 11 mm rail.
An Allen key is also included with the duralumin mount.

The ring pairs are not matching both look like from another set. (Screw color
different, different screw holes). There is a asymetrical deviation of 1mm of
the left arm like shown in the photo. Even my old cheap chinese no-name rings
are better crafted.
