Its previous versions were already very popular for its great price / value ratio and this one is no different. It uses the well-proven technology developed by Minelab, the Pro Switch, which gives it incredible efficiency.
The construction with a three-piece carbon fiber rod weighs only 1.3kg and can be easily collapsed to a compact length of just 63cm, which is very useful for storage or transport. With IP68 waterproofing to a depth of 5m, you can take it literally anywhere.
You will definitely appreciate the simple and user-friendly controls and the red-backlit display. Using the classic buttons, you can switch between the Search Mode (Park, Field, Beach), Operating Frequency (5, 8, 10, 15 kHz), Detection Sensitivity (1-25) or you can activate the All-Metal or PinPoint precision detection features.
To easily find the objects, the detector has a built-in speaker, which lets you know right away if you've found a valuable object. Alternatively you can connect it to your headphones. If it's still not enough, you can turn on the vibration signal. Furthermore, the built-in LED flashlight might come in handy in night operations.
The device is powered by a single lithium battery3.7V/5100mAh, which can be charged by the supplied cable.
Along with the detector, you will receive a search coil 12" V12X 2D and a Pro-Find 20 handheld pinpointer detector as standard.
