If you bought a bottle without a pressure gauge, you cannot be sure what the air pressure is inside the bottle and whether it is full at all. This gauge has a scale up to 400 bar (or 5,800 PSI). The smallest part of the scale reads 20 bar. The gauge must always be firmly attached to the bottle before it is filled. You cannot mount the gauge under pressure.
