The Scout Axe from the German manufacturer Helko Werk is a compact axe that you will appreciate at the campsite, but also at home in the garden. Its small size makes it ideal for light felling, chopping and cutting.
The head is made from hand forged C45 carbon steel with a hardness of 53 - 56 HRC. The blade is hand ground and features the trademark Helko stamped crown. The head weighs 1000 g.It is also worth mentioning the white walnut (hickory) handle with a total length of 70 cm. The wood used to make the hickory is carefully selected to ensure the best possible texture.
As an added bonus, a practical cowhide holster comes with this model. The total weight is 1600 g.
