The best-known Turkish air rifle manufacturer Hatsan comes with the model 105X Torpedo Vortex, which is equipped with the innovative Vortex power system.
The Vortex system uses a gas‑charged piston instead of a spring. Thanks to this, the recoil and noise otherwise caused by the spring have been eliminated. The air rifle also achieves more consistent performance. The long 430 mm rifled barrel guarantees high accuracy.
Cocking is done with an underlever. The advantage is that the barrel remains stationary the whole time and there is no play in a break barrel joint. The manual safety is located at the end of the action, just like on the Czech Slavia. Another advantage of this model is the adjustable Quattro trigger, where you can adjust both the trigger travel and the pull weight.
The stock with a Monte Carlo cheekpiece has excellent ergonomics and is suitable for both right‑handed and left‑handed shooters. The rubber butt pad at the end fits nicely in the shoulder and absorbs the remaining recoil.
As standard, the Hatsan 100X is fitted with TruGlo fibre‑optic sights, but if you are considering mounting a riflescope, you will not have the slightest problem thanks to the dual rail for 11 and 22 mm. The package also includes a practical bipod.
