Ganzo Firebird F804 is a massive machete with Full Tang construction, which is based on the traditional sharp tool Kukri from the Indian subcontinent. The rubberised handle is ergonomically shaped and has a non-slip surface for a firm and secure grip. There is a hole at the end of the handle for a hanging loop.
The blade is made of 5Cr14MoV stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. It is hardened to a hardness of 54 - 55 HRC and can be very easily sharpened in field conditions. The blade is 286 mm long and the overall length of the machete is 440 mm.
Thanks to its profile, this machete is also suitable for demanding tasks. The centre of gravity of the curved blade is shifted forward, which makes the hand less tired when working and also makes cutting much more efficient.
This model comes with a handy nylon sheath. The holster has an adjustable strap that allows you to wear it on your back or over your shoulder, and two additional stabilizing straps for wearing it on your belt.
