The world’s largest manufacturer of spring-powered air rifles, the Spanish company GAMO, has introduced a real innovation: a classic break-barrel air rifle with a multi-shot magazine. You have 10 shots immediately at hand, allowing you to shoot quickly and efficiently. You will also appreciate this feature when hunting small pests.
This model eliminates the shortcomings of its predecessor Gamo Replay and now has the magazine positioned horizontally. This allows the use of lower mounts for a riflescope and, most importantly, aiming through the iron sights. These are fibre optic, fine, and easy to read.
The air rifle is powered by the IGT system, a piston with compressed inert gas. Thanks to this, it has less recoil than a classic spring and is also a bit quieter. The moderator with Whisper Fusion technology also helps to reduce the noise level.
The polymer stock is ambidextrous, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters. The stock is finished with a comfortable rubber buttpad, which helps to reduce recoil. The trigger is fully adjustable in two stages and is made of plastic. The manual safety against accidental discharge is located in the trigger guard in front of the trigger. The action is equipped with an 11 mm dovetail for mounting a riflescope.
The barrel has a special polymer shroud that helps to reduce noise. As already mentioned, the main advantage is the magazine mechanism located in the front part of the action. When loading, make sure that the pellets are properly seated in the magazine and held firmly in place. Otherwise, the pellet skirt may become deformed, reducing accuracy, or even causing the mechanism to jam.
