FX Crown MKII is the successor to the original FX Crown model. It includes a number of improvements that bring significantly higher performance than the first generation.
This model is supplied with a 600 mm extended barrel and a yellow laminate stock. It is anatomically shaped and of course features an adjustable cheekpiece and a soft rubber butt pad. For mounting optics, there is a Weaver/Picatinny rail, which is canted by 20 MOA, allowing better elevation adjustment of the riflescope when shooting at longer distances.
As we are used to with FX, this Crown MKII can also be customised in various ways. It has an externally adjustable regulator AMP (Adjustable Match Precision), an adjustable valve and the well-known power adjustment wheel, which allows you to change the hammer spring tension. All this helps you perfectly tune the performance of your PCP air rifle to the chosen calibre and ammunition.
Plenum of the FX Crown MKII model has increased by 28% compared to its predecessor. The larger plenum (a compressed air chamber located in front of the transfer port) works in tandem with the porting and the new larger valve on the MKII model (6.5 mm valve). This combination delivers spectacular results.
The Superlight STX (Smooth Twist X) barrel system ensures the extreme accuracy for which the Swedish company FX Airguns is renowned. The carbon fibre bottle holds 480 cm3 of air and can be filled up to 250 bar.
The pride of this model is the sophisticated and fully adjustable FX Match trigger. The length and partly the pull weight of the first stage can be adjusted, as well as the length and pull weight of the second stage. The adjustment can be made with enormous precision, making it possible to achieve a very low trigger pull weight – even below 500 grams.
