FX air rifles are known worldwide for their innovative design, 100% reliability and breathtaking accuracy. FX Crown MKII is the successor to the original FX Crown model. It includes a number of upgrades that bring significantly higher performance than the first generation.
This model is supplied with a 600 mm extended barrel and a premium laminate stock from the renowned Norwegian manufacturer GRS. The stock is anatomically shaped and of course features an adjustable cheekpiece and a very soft rubber buttpad. A Weaver/Picatinny rail is used for mounting optics, which is inclined by 20 MOA, allowing better elevation adjustment of the riflescope when shooting at longer distances.
As we are used to from FX, this Crown MKII can also be variously adjusted. It has an externally adjustable AMP regulator (Adjustable Match Precision), an adjustable valve and the well-known power adjustment wheel, which allows you to change the hammer spring setting. All this will help you perfectly tune the performance of your PCP air rifle to the calibre and ammunition used.
The plenum of the FX Crown MKII has increased by 28% compared to its predecessor. The larger plenum (a chamber with compressed air located in front of the transfer port) works in tandem with the porting and the new larger valve on the MKII model (6.5 mm valve). This combination delivers magnificent results.
The Superlight STX (Smooth Twist X) barrel system provides the extreme accuracy for which the Swedish company FX Airguns is renowned. The carbon fibre bottle holds 480 cm3 of air and can be filled up to 250 bar.
The pride of this model is its sophisticated and fully adjustable FX Match trigger. The length and partly also the weight of the first stage can be adjusted, as well as the length and weight of the second stage. The adjustment can be carried out with enormous precision, making it possible to achieve a very light trigger pull – even below 500 grams.
