The latest addition to the portfolio of the American manufacturer Crosman is the PCP air rifle named Prospect. It has been designed to suit every shooter and every purpose. Whether it’s small pest control, taking part in a shooting competition, or just recreational plinking at cans, the Prospect adapts to everything.
It boasts an external transfer port adjustment dial and an externally adjustable hammer spring preload, allowing you to fine-tune the power exactly to your needs. In addition, in this price category it is one of the few air rifles equipped with a pressure regulator, which ensures consistent muzzle velocity and thus excellent grouping.
The barrel is shrouded along its entire length, which significantly reduces the shot noise. For the possible installation of an additional sound moderator, there is a standard 1/2UNF external thread at the end of the barrel.
For shooting you can use a standard rotary magazine, or the included single-shot tray. No special fill probe is needed to fill the rifle, as it is fitted with a standard quick-coupler male with a protective cap at the end of the air cylinder.
The ambidextrous polymer stock has textured areas on the fore-end and the grip and is equipped with a height-adjustable cheekpiece. A manual safety is located in front of the two-stage trigger.
