The polymer stock makes the rifle lightweight and, thanks to its excellent design, it fits perfectly in the hands of both left-handed and right-handed shooters. Its dimensions are adapted to younger and more slender shooters, but it will not be a problem for an adult either.
Crosman Inferno is not hellishly powerful, as the name might suggest. The muzzle energy is around 7.5 J and the muzzle velocity is about 190 m/s. Nevertheless, it can hit targets accurately and effectively at 50 m. This is aided, in this price category, by very good fiber optic sights. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation and windage. For additional mounting of optics, there is an 11mm dovetail rail. The main safety feature is the automatic safety, which is easy to operate.
Even a child can cock the air rifle, of course under adult supervision. The cocking action is pleasantly smooth. The trigger is not adjustable, but it is neither too hard nor too soft, just right.
The air rifle is low-maintenance. The barrel is covered with polymer, which protects it from damage and corrosion. Thanks to its excellent price-performance ratio, it will please the whole family.
