After Vulcan, it was time for the third generation of the Uragan model. It is essentially an improved successor to the Uragan 2. The improvements concern only the internal system, so visually nothing has changed, but their contribution lies in increased reliability and easier maintenance.
The key element in shooting is of course the trigger, as it must be as well adapted as possible to the specific shooting discipline. That is why the manufacturer has completely redesigned the trigger mechanism, making it even smoother, which translates into more consistent shooting.
As for the internal mechanism, it has received a structurally simpler power plenum, which results in easier disassembly for maintenance, a new regulator adapted for high pressure and more resistant and easier to access in case of valve repair. The icing on the cake is the integrated depinger, which reduces the noise level when shooting.
The remaining parts of the Uragan 3 remain unchanged and follow the construction of the second-generation version. The air rifle itself is seated in a black polymer stock, whose main features are a pistol grip, smooth surface and solid rubber butt pad.
Reloading is handled by a proven biathlon-type mechanism with a side-switchable lever. High accuracy is ensured by a 700 mm barrel ending with an M14x1,25 thread for mounting an external moderator and covered along its entire length with a shroud. Between shots, the air rifle can be secured with an ambidextrous manual safety.
The internal system is powered by a large-volume composite air cylinder that can hold up to 530 ccm of compressed air. Its maximum working pressure is 300 Bar.
For mounting a scope, a 22mm Picatinny rail is provided. There is also one on the underside for attaching a bipod.
Uragan 3 is supplied in a soft padded case and in the package you will find two magazines and a Quick-Fill adapter with hose.
