This underlever air rifle is a shortened version of the popular TX 200 air rifle from the British manufacturer Air Arms. The first thing that will catch your eye is the beautiful beech stock, decorated with checkering on the grip and fore-end. Of course, there is also a rubber butt pad to absorb recoil and a perfectly shaped cheekpiece. However, this makes the model suitable only for right-handed shooters (RH - Right Handed).
As is customary with Air Arms, the highly accurate 319 mm barrel comes from Lothar Walther. Proof of its excellent accuracy and shot consistency is the fact that the TX 200 holds first place at the World Championship in the Field Target discipline – Springer category.
The rifle is cocked using the underlever. First, you need to pull the lever all the way back so you can insert the pellet into the chamber. Then simply press the lever safety catch, which you will find in front of the loading port on the right side of the action, and return the lever to its original position.
The anti-triggering safety is located above the trigger and is easily reachable with the thumb of your right hand. There is also a two-stage trigger with adjustable pull weight and travel. This model is not equipped with open sights, but instead features an 11 mm rail for mounting a riflescope.
