Work Sharp E2-I is an electric sharpener that can sharpen all your kitchen knives. You don't need any knife sharpening experience to sharpen. On the contrary. The sharpener is designed for the layman. The E2-I can handle not only smooth knives but also serrated blades. You can sharpen cleavers, filleting knives, and even scissors with it.
It has 3 sharpening zones. Two for the left and right edge of the blade and a third for finishing the blade in the middle of the sharpener. Thanks to the guide system, you don't need any experience in knife sharpening. Just turn the sharpener on and run the left and right edge of the blade alternately through the sharpener. Just clamp the knife on the guide rest. This will allow you to sharpen it at the correct angle.
