The high-quality construction and textured handle make sharpening easier and at the same time increase safety. The sharpening stones are fixed at a constant angle of 25°. The motor has a constant speed, so there is no risk of damaging the edge due to speed fluctuations. One button is used to turn the motor on and off.
The sharpening system uses flexible belts for sharpening and ceramic stones for manual honing. This combination is very advantageous and enables effective sharpening of any knife. Unlike classic stones, the abrasive belts are excellent for shaping convex edges, which are very difficult to sharpen in a traditional way without experience. The sharpener is suitable for 3M belts (13 x 254 mm) with 120 grit. The set also includes ceramic sharpening stones for final polishing to a razor edge. The guide groove holds the edge being sharpened at an angle of 25°.
