Valiant Kronos riflescopes have undergone demanding tests to withstand the toughest conditions. The reinforced tube is made from a single piece of aircraft-grade duralumin and is nitrogen filled. This prevents internal fogging of the optical system during sudden temperature changes. The etched glass reticle is extremely resistant to recoil corresponding to calibre .375 H&H, i.e. over 6000 J.
3–12x magnification is highly versatile and is especially popular with hunters and stalkers. The large 56 mm objective together with the 30 mm tube provides high light transmission. This is further enhanced by a special multi-layer anti-reflective lens coating. Thanks to this, it is possible to observe targets even in poor light conditions, such as during evening waiting or ambush.
This model has parallax adjustment from 15 yards to infinity. The adjustment turrets are capped, so you don’t have to worry about losing your zero while walking around. The clicks are precise and one click corresponds to 1/4 MOA. The left turret is used to control the reticle illumination and houses a compartment for a CR2032 battery. Brightness can be set to 11 levels of red.
The riflescope also includes dioptre adjustment in the range from -2 to +2. It is supplied including lens caps, a large side wheel for parallax adjustment, and a practical sunshade. Users will certainly appreciate the extended 5-year warranty.
