The Czech company Valiant Optics introduces a new line of premium riflescopes developed in cooperation with the manufacturer of high-powered PCP rifles Epic Airguns.
The crucial feature of the EPIC series is the reticle located in the first focal plane, which means that its size varies depending on the magnification. This model employs an etched MIL-F25 reticle with 6 levels of red illumination, which, when coupled with its high variable magnification of 5-25x, is ideal for medium and long range shooting.

The lenses are made of ED glass (Extra Low Dispersion) and additionally coated with an anti-reflective layer, resulting in an extremely clear and sharp image without the effect of chromatic aberration. In addition, the scope is nitrogen purged, preventing the internal optical system from fogging up during rapid temperature changes.

The reticle can be adjusted via open turrets, which can be reset (Zero Stop) and locked (Premium Locking System - in order to rotate the turrets, you need to lift them first). The rectification step is 1/10 MRAD. The turrets are large enough and precisely separate each click, allowing you to adjust them even with gloves on. The clicks are highly distinctive, you not only feel each click in your fingers, but also clearly hear it. The parallax is adjustable from 20 yards to infinity using the turret on the left side of the rifle scope, giving you an option to retrofit it with a side focus wheel. The ocular offers diopter correction of -2.5/+2.5.

The EPIC series riflescopes have been subjected to extensive testing to ensure they can withstand even the most challenging conditions. The reinforced 34mm tube is made of a single piece of black anodized aviation grade duralumin and is able to endure high recoil equivalent to .375 H&H, i.e. over 6000 J.
