Thanks to two Velcro straps it can be attached to your arm, so it will not restrict your movement in any way. The entire underside has additional Velcro which can be fixed or sewn onto any fabric.
For writing, there is a glossy white board designed for a standard dry-erase marker (not included), which can be secured in an elastic loop. After flipping the board open, you will find 2 transparent pockets for inserting notes.
