The knife blade is made of knife steel 440 C, which excels in vhigh hardness and durability in pressure cutting. The steel achieves a hardness of 52-54 HRC.
The blades are carefully machined from Pakkawood, and are connected to the steel base with pins. Clay endings prevent the hand from slipping on the blade.
